Dear All,
I am thinking to start a new course in math biology for biology graduate students. I am thinking to use Mathematica. I would like to concentrate on population biology. I saw there is some examples already on similar subjects like exponential growth and so on. Can anyone send me some pointers of course materials, online books or any suggestions that would make this course development easier?

This is an online textbook in Mathematica on Dynamic Modeling of Biological Systems in Mathematica. Ch. 2 is also a great Mathematica primer. Ch. 3 focuses on bacterial growth population models which may provide some interesting information for your course.
