Substructure Replacement

MoleculeModify facilitates quick replacement of arbitrary substructures within a molecule.

Replace every hydrogen atom with a benzene ring.

Now replace the central 5-membered ring with a 10-membered ring. For this more complicated replacement, it is necessary to provide attachment points as a list of rules from pattern index to replacement index.
