Wolfram Challenges Submission Policy

Thank you for contributing your work to Wolfram Challenges ("the Site"). To avoid any misunderstandings, please read this policy governing all material submitted to Wolfram Research, Inc. ("WRI") via the Site, email or otherwise.

All submitted material is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. WRI will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any submissions.

By submitting material, you represent that you are the sole owner of all rights in the submission, or that you have the absolute right to license its use as provided in this policy.

While you will retain ownership of the copyright in the material you submit, you understand and acknowledge that the material you submit shall become part of a database, and that WRI will own the compilation copyright in that database.

By submitting material, you grant WRI a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, publicly present, publicly display and distribute your submission (including any portion or derivative thereof) in any form and by any means for any purpose whatsoever. WRI may sublicense all or part of its rights and licenses or assign them to third parties.

Neither WRI nor any third party using your submission in accordance with this policy will be obligated to pay you any royalties or other compensation for use of your submission.

You understand that submissions may or may not appear on the Site, now or in the future. Material not immediately used becomes a permanent part of WRI's library of unpublished submissions for possible future use and is not licensed for use outside of the Wolfram Challenges site by you or WRI.

By submitting material, you represent that you are of legal age and mental capacity to form a binding contract. Alternately, your parent or legal guardian may contact us to provide formal consent to this policy.

Wolfram takes privacy and data protection seriously, and is committed to safeguarding data you share with us. To learn more, please see our Privacy Policy.
