GUIKit

See What's New in Wolfram Mathematica 6

Newly built into Mathematica for 5.1, GUIKit makes it easy for users and application developers to create custom graphical user interfaces to Mathematica functionality. GUIKit brings a new level of interactivity to Mathematica, and makes it easy to deliver advanced Mathematica capabilities to users unfamiliar with Mathematica.

GUIKit provides a high-level Mathematica expression syntax for defining cross-platform user interfaces, with immediate access to hundreds of types of widgets, and direct mechanisms for creating wizards and complex layouts.

GUIKit is fully extensible, with access to any Java-based library. It comes with a rich collection of pre-built examples.
