Camilo Andrés Ramírez Sánchez

Camilo Andrés Ramírez Sánchez

Camilo has been a user of Mathematica since version 7 when he began using it for high school students and continued to promote Mathematica in college-level courses of Linear Algebra, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, Vector Calculus and Differential Equations. Mathematica is considered essential in education for the analysis of graphical representations, verification of results and for solving problems involving processes such as surmise, visualize, represent and encode.

In his research, Camilo has developed CDF software that helps first-semester university students to reinforce the different processes and concepts covered in the course “Mathematics I”. He is the research group leader responsible for the development of the interactive book “Mathematics I”, fully created in Mathematica.
