Cancellation must be received 14 days prior to the first day of the conference in order to receive a full refund (September 28, 2021). Cancellation after that date will not be eligible for a refund. To submit a cancellation, please email events@wolfram.com.
During the Wolfram Technology Conference, photography and audio and video recording may occur at any time. By participating in the virtual event, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or any other purpose by Wolfram.
At Wolfram, we encourage the free expression and exchange of ideas in an atmosphere of mutual respect and collegiality, regardless of disability, physical appearance, race, religion, gender identity or sexual orientation.
Further, because Wolfram is dedicated to providing harassment-free environments and experiences for everyone, all forms and expressions of harassment shall be prohibited.
Therefore, the Wolfram Technology Conference specifically prohibits any discriminatory, harassing or threatening conduct by all associated with the event—staff members, participants and third-party providers.
A determination of harassment shall be made at the sole discretion of Wolfram Technology Conference staff, but it shall be considered to include but not be limited to: sustained disruption of talks or other events, unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention, offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following and harassing photography or recording. Consequences for violators are similarly made at the sole discretion of Wolfram Technology Conference staff, but may include immediate removal from the Wolfram Technology Conference.
This policy applies to all conference activities, including online discussion forums and scheduling and networking tools.
