Wolfram Competition Submission Policy

Thank you for your submission to a Wolfram competition ("Competition"). To avoid any misunderstandings, please read this policy governing all material submitted to Wolfram Research, Inc. ("Wolfram") for a Competition, via notebook or email or otherwise.

All submissions are, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Wolfram will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any submissions.

By entering a submission, you represent that you are the sole owner of all rights in the submission, or that you have the absolute right to license its use as provided in this policy.

While you will retain ownership of the copyright in your submission, you understand and acknowledge that your submission shall become part of Wolfram's submission library (the "Database"), and that Wolfram owns the compilation copyright in that Database.

By entering a submission, you grant Wolfram a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, publicly present, publicly display and distribute your submission (including any portion or derivative thereof) in any form and by any means for any purpose whatsoever. Wolfram may sublicense all or part of its rights and licenses or assign them to third parties.

Neither Wolfram nor any third party using your submission in accordance with this policy will be obligated to pay you any royalties or other compensation for use of your submission.

You understand that submissions may or may not appear on Wolfram websites, now or in the future. Material not immediately used becomes a permanent part of the Database for possible future use.

By entering a submission, you represent that you are of legal age and mental capacity to form a binding contract. Alternatively, your parent or legal guardian may contact us to provide formal consent to this policy.
