What is a usage zone?
A usage zone is a country or set of countries where you (or others if the license—for example, a network or site license—allows others) use your license.
Can I use my license if I'm temporarily traveling outside my usage zone?
Yes, we allow by policy for you to continue using/accessing your license for up to 60 days when traveling. If you will be gone longer, especially for situations like sabbaticals, short-term assignments, etc., we are happy to discuss your situation more fully. Please contact us for details.
Will my product stop working if I travel and try to use it outside my usage zone?
There are safeguards in place technically for some specific situations. If you would like confirmation prior to travel, please contact us with your travel details.
Can I add additional countries or usage zones to my current allowed usage zone?

I have moved and live/work in a different usage zone from what is on my license now. How can I update my usage zone, and is there any change in price for renewal?
