Roozbeh Hazrat
Roozbeh Hazrat uses Mathematica to teach computer algebra at the university level. His course features an introduction to Mathematica and its application to projects and problems, aimed at students from mathematics, physics, engineering and finance. He is the author of the book Mathematica: A Problem-Centered Approach, published by Springer.
Dr. Hazrat is with the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics at Western Sydney University. He taught his Mathematica-based computer algebra course for six years at Queen’s University Belfast, United Kingdom, where he received the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE). His postdoctoral work includes research at the Australian National University, Canberra, and the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics, Bonn, Germany.
