Francisco Javier Delgado Cepeda
Francisco has spent 15 years developing research using Mathematica. His two graduate theses on physics were developed using Mathematica, and he has been teaching mathematics, physics, and engineering courses using Mathematica for 16 years. In 1997, Francisco was awarded the Innovative Education National Prize for creating an integrated program based on the use of Mathematica, technology, and curricular integration. In 2011, he was awarded the Technology Development prize for co-authoring QUANTUM, a Mathematica application for developing quantum calculations using Dirac notation. One of his favorite courses is numerical methods, which he teaches in a computer lab facility using and programming in Mathematica. In 2011, he finished his ebook (published by Editorial Digital del Tecnológico de Monterrey) Métodos Numéricos para Ingeniería, which is based on Mathematica.
