Akiko Kanamitsu

Akiko Kanamitsu is an internationalization specialist and a member of the Japanese Localization team at Wolfram Research. Akiko is a longtime user of Mathematica and Wolfram Language, with 30 years experience, and she has been a Wolfram certified instructor since 2006.

Akiko specializes in IT education using Wolfram Language for middle schools, high schools and universities in Japan and has been teaching introductory AI and data science classes at Kyoto Notre Dame University since 2022. Akiko is also involved in various data science events, such as WiDS (Women in Data Science), and has collaborated with WiDS to develop teaching materials for high-school students.
