Is there any registration cost?

No, there is no registration cost.

What is the format of the day?

Registration will commence at 8:30am, with the first talk taking place at 9am. There will be refreshment breaks throughout, with the conference finishing at approximately noon.

Can I register onsite?

All registrations must be completed online prior to the event.

If I can't attend, do you allow substitutions?

Yes. If you need to send someone in your place, please email Farid Pasha at farid_pasha@wolfram.com with the alternate attendee's name, email, phone, occupation and address.

Will there be opportunities to network with other attendees?

Yes. There are many opportunities to network with other attendees and Wolfram staff throughout the conference during the breaks.

What if I have to cancel?

You need to notify Farid Pasha, and cancellation will be processed.

Will you distribute the presentation files after the event?

Yes, and we will publish them on this website. Each registrant will receive an email notification once these files are available for download.
