Are hotel accommodations included in my registration costs?
Your hotel costs are not covered in our registration fees. However, you can register at one of our host hotels at our discounted rate by using the reservation codes found here.
What are the conference fees?
Register before August 11 for Early Bird rates:
Standard rate: $595
Discounted rate*: $445
One-day pass: $99
After August 11:
Standard rate: $695
Discounted rate*: $545
One-day pass: $149
*Discounted rates are offered to educators, students, government employees and retirees.
What does the registration fee cover?
Your registration fees include the pre-conference opening reception, three days of the conference (all sessions and keynotes included), breakfast and lunch daily and the keynote conference dinner.
Can I register for training if I'm not planning to attend the conference?
Yes. You may register for our training on Tuesday, October 17, even if you do not plan to attend the conference. See the training page for more information.
Can my spouse attend the conference with me?
Your spouse is more than welcome to attend the conference with you, but will need to register separately at the appropriate level.
Can I register onsite?
Onsite registration is available. However, attendees are encouraged to register early in order to ensure their space. Once conference spacing is filled, registration will be closed. Wolfram cannot guarantee onsite registration availability.
If I can't attend, do you allow substitutions?
Yes. If you need to send someone in your place, please contact us at events@wolfram.com with the alternate attendee's name, email, phone, occupation and address. We will contact your alternate attendee for specifics such as meals and any special needs he or she may have.
Can I get documentation to confirm my participation?
Yes. Wolfram Research offers an official letter of invitation to the Wolfram Technology Conference. We cannot generate a personal letter of invitation to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate on your behalf.
Will there be opportunities to network with other attendees?
Yes. There are many opportunities to network with other attendees and Wolfram staff throughout the conference. We will be hosting cocktail receptions and an optional offsite mixer, as well as a keynote dinner.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the first day of the conference in order to receive a full refund (September 19, 2017). Cancellation after that date will not be eligible for a refund. To submit a cancellation, please email events@wolfram.com.
