Automatic Labeling in BubbleChart

BubbleChart places callout labels inside the bubble if they fit, otherwise places them around the bubbles automatically.

Get GDP per capita, poverty fraction and population information of the G15 from CountryData.

Use LabelingFunction to place the labels.
