DateWithinQ can be used to test whether one date falls within the bounds of another granular date.

Find which of Rembrandt's paintings were completed in the 1660s and use TimelinePlot to visualize the results.

DateWithinQ can then be used to filter the resulting works down to only those that take place within a given decade.
